Perla built this practice so clinicians could do their best work without the red tape, corporate overhead, or isolation that comes with bigger organizations. Whether you're a clinician or joining us in an administrative role, we've built a clear, professional path from your first conversation to full independence. Every step is designed so you can focus on your work — we handle the rest.
Interview
It starts with a conversation. We'll talk about your clinical background, the populations you're drawn to, and what you're looking for in a practice. This is a two-way fit — we want to make sure this feels right for you, too.
Offer & Welcome
If it's a match, we'll extend a formal offer and walk you through compensation, expectations, and next steps. No surprises — just a clear picture of what working here looks like.
Credentialing & Paneling
For clinicians, we start the insurance paneling process right away so you're credentialed and ready to see clients as soon as possible. For staff roles, this step covers background checks and any required certifications.
Device & Account Setup
Your equipment and accounts are set up before your first day — devices shipped, logins created, software configured. You show up ready to work, not troubleshooting IT.
Training & Ramp-Up
HIPAA compliance, practice policies, documentation standards, and clinical orientation. We'll make sure you're confident with our systems and workflows before you see your first client.
You're On Your Own
Caseload built, systems learned, support in place. From here, you run your schedule and do what you were trained to do. Perla and the team are always available when you need them, but the clinical work is yours.
Support So You Can Focus on Clients
Insurance & Credentialing
We handle paneling from start to finish — including TRICARE, Aetna, BCBS, Optum/UHC, and Baylor Scott & White — so you can see clients without the administrative burden. Credentialing costs are covered by the practice.
Equipment & Systems
Dedicated work device, HIPAA-compliant practice phone, headset, and all software accounts — set up and managed by us. Your personal devices stay personal.
Admin & Scheduling
Billing, claims, scheduling support, and client intake are handled by the practice. You focus on clinical work — we take care of the rest.
Clinicians join as independent contractors with compensation based on services rendered. Full details on structure, expectations, and support are discussed during the interview process.
